MegaHouse reveals painted Garurumon, unpainted Beelzebumon and more at Jump Festa ’15

MegaHouse is going all out with their Digimon line as they revealed more figures including a painted Garurumon and a Beelzebumon prototype during the Jump Festa 2015 at Makuhari Messe, Tokyo, Japan on Saturday.

With an impressive looking Garurumon in its fully painted form, the 1/10 scale lived up to expectations after its announcement last month. The figure perfectly captured a gentle and heartwarming scene between Garurumon and Ishida Yamato, a pose fitting for the crest the latter embodies: friendship.

Garurumon falls under the G.E.M. series, joining the previously announced  Angemon and Angewomon along with Wizardmon.

On the other hand, an unpainted Beelzebumon also made it to the event, much to the fans’ surprise.

Beelzebumon comes in a very dynamic pose, as he is shown in his Blast Mode, about to blow up his enemies. The sculpt is looking pretty awesome, with Impmon standing by his side, it will definitely be a nice addition to your collection.

However, this move by MegaHouse left us wondering if they will continue making more figures from the Tamers series. But either way, we are still waiting if we will ever get all the champion/ultimate/mega forms from the first Digimon series.

Furthermore, a limited edition Black Agumon and Black Gabumon was also revealed during the event. Both are part of the DigiColle line from the same company. Also, a Young Hikari trading figure with Koromon from the first movie was shown.

Pre-orders for Garurumon will open on December 25 and is slated for a July 2016 release. Black Agumon and Black Gabumon will be available at the Winter Wonder Festival 2016 at ¥1500, while pre-order info for Beelzemon and Young Hikari has yet to be announced.
